Abstract

一种通讯用电连接装置,包含一绝缘壳体、至少一导电端子、一盖体及一软排线,绝缘壳体设有免焊接的固定装置,其内形成有一容置槽,容置槽内壁处设有一个以上的端子通道,使成形有一本体、一接触部及一穿刺部的导电端子可定位于绝缘壳体的各端子通道内,借穿刺部的夹切槽可穿破软排线而电性连接,以利用软排线作讯号传递,解决在电路板上印刷导线所产生的高压危险及电磁波干扰现象,并且不需经锡炉焊接而具有组装方便的优点。
The utility model relates to an electric connector for communication, comprising an insulating shell body, at least one conductive terminal, a cover body and a soft row wire, wherein, the insulating shell body is provided with a fixer which is free of welding, and a containing groove is formed in the fixer. The inner wall of the containing groove is provided with more than one terminal passage, and the conductive terminal formed with a body, a contact part and a puncturing part can be positioned in the terminal passages of the insulating shell body and punctured through the soft row wire for electrical connection via a clamping and cutting slot of the puncturing part in order to transmit signals through the soft row wire. High-pressure danger and the interference of electromagnetic wave generated by conducting wires printed on a circuit board are solved, and the utility model has the advantage of easy assembly without the need of welding through a tin furnace.
