Abstract

The utility model relates to a multiple grating monochromator which uses a planar array CCD detector and which belongs to the field of optical electronic devices. A new grating plane which is parallelly combined by a plurality of gratings covers the entire spectral region of a whole wavelength range of the CCD detector. The utility model can achieve high accuracy and fast scan of wavelength in the wavelength range from 200 to 1100 nm without any mechanical drive and gearshift. The principle of the multiple grating monochromator can also be applies to infrared spectrum regions. The multiple grating monochromator has the advantages of simple structural design, high scanning accuracy of wavelength, wide spectral range, stable performance, easy debugging operation and long service life, and can be used for various spectral analyses and measurements.
本实用新型属于光学电子器件领域,它将多块光栅平行组合成新的光栅平面,覆盖CCD探测器全波长范围的整个光谱区,无需任何机械传动和位移装置,便能在200—1100nm波长范围,实现高精度和快速波长扫描。本仪器的原理还可被推广应用于红外光谱区。本光栅单色仪,设计和结构简单,波长扫描精度高,光谱范围宽,性能稳定,易于调试、使用寿命长,可广泛应用于各种光谱分析和测量。
