本实用新型涉及一种遥控防盗玻璃钢车库门,门体由两部分连接构成,上门体固定在墙壁上,下门体与上门体铰接,拉升件钢丝一端与下门体连接,另一端缠绕在一个带有螺旋轮槽的传动轴上,螺旋轮槽为变径结构,由大径螺旋槽螺旋环绕固定在相对较小的轴径传动轴上,传动轴与电动机主轴连接,下门体下部安装着电子锁,驱动电机、电子锁由一个电路遥控装置控制。本实用新型可对现有车库门进行改进,因此降低成本,具有较大的推广价值,本实用新型电路保护功能齐全,使用安全、可靠,本实用新型机械结构设计合理,大大降低了可能产生的故障,因此产品性能稳定,可广泛推广使用。

A door body is composed of the connection of two parts, an upper door body is fixed on a wall, a lower door body is hinged with the upper door body, one end of a steel wire of a pulling and elevating piece is connected with the lower door body, and the other end is coiled on a transmission shaft with a helical wheel groove which is the structure of a variable diameter. A helical groove with a major diameter is spirally and around fixed on the transmission shaft with a correspondingly minor shaft diameter, and the transmission shaft is connected with a main shaft of a motor. The lower part of the lower door body is provided with an electronic lock and a drive motor, and the electronic lock is controlled by a remote control device of a circuit. The utility model can improve the existing garage door; hence, cost is reduced. The utility model has the characteristics that the function of circuit protection is complete, operation is safe and reliable, mechanical structure is devised reasonably and fault which is likely to generate can be reduced; hence, the performance of a product is stable.
